Description:
Improve your clinical practice by learning how to effectively utilize the fifth edition of BI-RADS® in breast MRI interpretation and reporting. Leading experts will discuss and answer questions about key updates to this edition that every breast imager needs to know.

The ACR BI-RADS lexicon facilitates standardized breast imaging interpretation and reporting. Breast MRI has advanced significantly over the past decade resulting in a number of changes to the MRI BI-RADS lexicon. This webinar will review the MRI BI-RADS lexicon with a focus on updates contained in the new 5th Edition of BI-RADS Atlas. This activity will incorporate a variety of illustrative and challenging Breast MRI cases.

At the conclusion of this session you will be able to:
Discuss changes and updates to the MRI BI-RADS lexicon contained in the 5th edition BI-RADS Atlas.
* Discuss new concepts in breast MRI including background parenchymal enhancement (BPE) and breast tissue composition.
* Develop a systematic approach to breast MRI interpretation and reporting.
