Description:
Over the past few decades healthcare providers have been challenged to communicate with Spanish-only speaking patients. The goal of this conference is to teach medical Spanish skills in the classroom and to implement them in an immersion setting. At the conclusion of the course, participants will improve on their own personal level of Spanish ability, specifically their medical vocabulary and typical patient interaction questions and answers.
