Description:
Advances in Diagnostic Radiology is a postgraduate course designed to update the diagnostic radiologist in new trends, techniques, and advanced applications in diagnostic imaging. The latest advances will be emphasized and related to common problems encountered in clinical practice. A variety of didactic lectures and accessible faculty members will enhance learning throughout the week. All faculty members are in practice at Mayo Clinic and will draw from personal research activities as well as clinical experience at Mayo Clinic.

A mobile app for both Android and iOS (Apple) mobile users will be provided to attendees one week prior to the course. Within the app, attendees will have the opportunity to browse through slides, take notes, highlight and access additional course information including speaker bio information and local attractions. This element of the course will bring the images directly to the participant, allowing for better visualization of even the most subtle finding.
