He is past Chairman of the division of gastroenterology at Deaconess Hospital. He is a well-known national and international lecturer on GI issues including Health and Wellness. He was recently elected President of the Ohio GI Society. He has published numerous articles about many topics in gastroenterology and is very active in GI research.
